We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This page describes the data collected by Mon Carnet d'Eau and how it is used, in accordance with the GDPR.
Data collected
Email address, first name, language, password (hashed), homes and meters you declare, index readings (with optional photos and notes), reminders, push notification tokens and subscription status (via RevenueCat).
Purposes
Providing the service (consumption calculations, anomaly detection, reminders), managing your account and subscription, sending you the notifications you enabled.
Processors
OVH hosting (France), RevenueCat subscription management, Expo push notifications, Apple App Store and Google Play stores. No data is sold to third parties.
Retention
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. Deleting your account (from the app or on request) permanently erases all your data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object. You can delete your account at any time from the app settings or contact us at info@smartcom.digital.
Cookies
The showcase website uses no tracking cookies. The web app only stores technical session tokens required for it to work.
